Timeline
Most new decks run 1–3 weeks on site once the permit clears.
How do I know the quote I get is the price I pay?
We measure and design before we quote, so the number you sign is built from real dimensions rather than a guess. The only thing that changes a signed price is a change you ask for, or something genuinely hidden — rot behind siding, a footing that hits an unmarked utility. If that happens we stop, show you, and price it before any further work.
