My basement gets a little damp. Can it still be finished?
Usually yes, but only after the moisture is resolved — not covered. We identify the source, whether that is grading, a failing sump, or hydrostatic pressure, and fix it before framing. If a basement genuinely should not be finished until something larger is addressed, we will tell you that instead of taking the job.
