Do you charge for estimates?
No. We come out, measure, walk the project with you, and give you a written itemized quote at no cost and no obligation.
How quickly can you start?
Repairs can often be scheduled within a week or two. Larger builds depend on permitting and the season — decks book out furthest in spring. Call us at (317) 483-7480 and we will tell you our real current lead time rather than a number designed to get you off the phone. Leave a message outside hours and you will hear back within one business day.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and we will hand you the certificate before work starts rather than waiting for you to ask. If any contractor hesitates on that question, that is your answer about them.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull the permits and meet the inspectors for any work that requires it. Unpermitted work becomes your problem when you sell the house, so we do not skip it.

Based in Carmel, serving Indianapolis and the surrounding communities within about 40 miles. That includes Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Fishers, Noblesville, Geist and the surrounding communities. If you are not sure whether you are in range, just call and ask.
Can you work with my budget?
Usually, if we talk about it early. Materials and scope both have real range, and knowing your number up front lets us design to it instead of handing you a quote that was never going to work. We would rather build you the right smaller project than sell you the wrong larger one.
