Whole-Home Remodels With One Point of Contact

Whole-house projects fail on coordination, not craftsmanship. Running it as one contract with one project lead means trades are sequenced instead of colliding, and you have one person to call — not six subcontractors pointing at each other.

What's included

Every full home remodel project covers

  • Whole-home design and phasing plan built around your timeline
  • One contract, one schedule, one project lead for the entire job
  • Structural work, including wall removal and load-bearing modifications
  • Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and finish carpentry throughout
  • Electrical service upgrades and full rewiring where needed
  • HVAC and plumbing modernization
  • Weekly written progress updates with photos
  • Live-in phasing or move-out coordination, whichever fits your situation

Timeline

Scope-dependent; most whole-home projects run 3–6 months.

Can we live in the house during the work?

Often yes, with phasing — we seal off work zones and sequence so you keep a functioning kitchen and bathroom throughout. For larger structural projects it is sometimes cheaper and far less disruptive to move out for a defined window. We will lay out both options with real cost and timeline differences and let you choose.

What to expect

No surprises, start to finish

Four steps from your first call to a finished project. You will know the scope, the price, and the dates before we pick up a tool.

  1. 1

    Call or book online

Tell us what you are thinking about. If you are not sure what you need yet, that is genuinely fine — most people are not.

  2. 2

    On-site walkthrough

We come out, measure, look at the conditions, and talk through options at a few different budget levels. No charge, no obligation.

  3. 3

    A written, itemized quote

You get a fixed scope and a fixed price in writing, itemized so you can see exactly what each part costs and cut anything you do not want.

  4. 4

    Scheduled build

We give you a start date and a finish date before work begins, handle the permits, and keep you updated every week we are on your property.
